Can someone assist me in designing the cake?
I can definitely help in the design of the cake by incorporating the colour scheme, theme of the event and any special requirements.
Can I have different flavours for the different tiers?
Different flavours on the different tiers are possible at no extra cost.
Should I use fresh flowers or sugar flowers?
Generally sugar flowers will cost more than fresh flowers. I am happy to organise and arrange the fresh flowers for the cake.
How do I care for my cake?
Cakes must be placed in a cool room and not to be refrigerated. Once cut it can be stored in an airtight container or refrigerated. When transporting the cake by car, it is recommended that it is placed in the boot of the car as it the area where it is flattest.
